Yale Cordage CT-12 Rope for Pullers & Tensioners

A Custom Truck One Source exclusive, CT-12 is Yale Cordage’s newest alternative to wire rope for overhead stringing applications. A 12-strand single braid rope made from UHMWPE and featuring Yale Cordage’s Maxijacket™ HP urethane coating, CT-12 features added strand twist and a tighter braid angle. This design increases abrasion properties and holding its round shape in use. Additional fiber content adds weight to help with “floating” issues in the block, and the 7/16” diameter offers a greater than 5:1 design factor for a 4,000lb puller. CT-12’s design also reduces new rope’s tendency to snag and makes it easier to splice in the field after use.
